Content-wire is a fast growing, dynamic website.
Our headlines reach thousands of online readers everyday, and we keep close track of developments in the most interesting content and online technologies niches. For content-wire integrity, truth and quality of information are important journalistic values to be defended wholeheartedly - yet, we strive to be spontaneous and 'light'.
Since day one, illustrious contributors sent us stories, we even got a post by Booker Prize winner Arundathi Roy .
We thank our readers and contributors who, over the years, have followed us with interest, enthusiasm and passion. We remain curious, knowledge hungry, and attentive to technologies developments and their impact on people and society.

Background : Content-wire.com launched in February 2001, It is a niche editorial product covering narrow vertical technology sectors, e-business, new economy and cyberculture. The first website dedicated to content management news, for a few years (oh boy times goes fast), we have been leaders our main news niche for a while. We are proud to say that most of the 'predictions' that we made about the sector back in those days, became true. We keep our vision, the goalpost is shifting all the time, so now we are looking at what's ahead ... and it is with renewed enthusiasm that we are now migrating to a new platform and relaunching our content to accommodate for the next shift of focus ...watch this space....
Looking ahead: The future is semantic, open, participatory. In August 2007 (umph) we are migrating to Drupal, a new open source content management platform. A choice that we feel very comfortable with and that we know it is not going to disappoint us, even if we must remain on a learning curve as things keep on changing. We have reorganized our categories, are still experimenting with most things, especially new stuff. We hope you keep on enjoying the new site, and will become a member of our editorial community, and help us move on to content-wire next generation.
New Features: In addition to overall improved and updated content management functionalities, (got tags!) we now offer a facility for registered users to post their content/news/press releases directly to the site.
